The same people who brought you the Tin Fish on Lake Calhoun are proud to bring you the Twin Cities cutest food trucks! Our fully restored 1950's Grumman Olson Kurb Side vans are serving New Orleans style shaved ice, ice cream treats and great food around the Twin Cities all summer long. Look for us when the weather is warm and a cold treat would hit the spot, or have us cater your event!

All events are open to the public unless labeled "Private Party"
About social distancing and food trucks: We are considered a "to-go" food service and as such we are not shut down. We will place ground markers at six foot intervals to keep our line spaced appropriately, and we have installed a delivery tray (see below) to reach your order out to you so you can avoid stepping too close to our window. We have non-contact payment methods including credit card, mobile pay and Venmo. We can also accept cash.
It's a brand new world out there. We'll get through this together!
